From the warm welcome by the staff to the cozy rooms with breathtaking views of the Picos de Europa, this hidden gem is a must-visit for any nature lover. The family-run establishment not only offers comfortable accommodations but also delicious homemade meals that showcase the region's flavors.The prime location in the picturesque village of Tielve, nestled in the mountains, provided the perfect starting point for our hikes in the stunning Rutas del Cares. Waking up to the sound of cowbells and the sight of grazing cows right outside our window was a unique and unforgettable experience. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that satisfied our taste buds after a day of exploring the natural beauty of the area. The small cheesecake factory in the backyard was a delightful surprise, offering irresistible treats made with local cheese.Hostal La Plaza offers a tranquil retreat with modern amenities, including free WiFi and flat-screen TVs in the rooms.
